Detox Diet

Try this Detox diet for 1 week only then slowly start adding different foods back into your diet.


BREAKFAST                                  LUNCH                                    DINNER

1/2 cup Oatmeal                     1 Chicken Breast                      1 pc Fish

1pc Fruit                                    1/2 cup Rice                              1/2 cup Rice

2 Glasses Water                      1/2 c Steamed Veggies          1/2 c Steamed Veggies


*Snacks should be eaten around 10:00 am & 3:00 pm

Snacks Include – handful of almonds, walnuts, pecans or 1/2 cup of yogurt, or boiled egg.

Remember these are guidelines and can be altered to fit your taste buds.

After Dinner only drink Herbal Tea such as Chamomile, Peppermint, or a blend. Try to avoid any Green tea before bedtime as the caffiene may affect your sleep.
