About Michael:

From a US Army Combat Medic, to an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, Michael has 10 years of emergency medical experience. He is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and a NPQ Firefighter and Instructor. He believes in results through knowledge, training, and guidance. Training available in strength, weight loss / weight gain, athletic performance, toning and defiinition, balance and coordination and functional fitness to improve your quality of life.
