The program is broken up into four sections focusing on the physical, mental, spiritual, and financial aspect of a woman’s life, offering a unique and life changing fertility coaching experience.

This program can be combined with additional services like acupuncture, massage therapy, yoga classes, etc, for an enhanced preconception experience.

 

Preconception and Fertility Coaching:

 

You will learn how to:

  • Cleanse the body in preparation of conception
  • eat foods known to increase fertility
  • prepare fertility enhancing meals
  • gently detox the colon, liver, and uterus
  • strengthen and tone uterine lining
  • use fertility awareness
  • use fertility meditations
  • remove emotional blockages trapped in the womb
  • practice self care rituals
  • eliminate household toxins

  • Eight –  50 minute Fertility Coaching Sessions
  • One Preconception and Fertility Journal to help you learn your body’s natural cycle
