My six month health coaching program, Discovering Your Best Self, is particularly focused on those who want to achieve the following goals:

  • Gain more control of your eating
  • Learn to handle your “sweet tooth”
  • Determine the best (and worst) foods for your body
  • Lose a little (or a lot) of weight
  • Gain more energy and learn how to avoid the mid-afternoon crash
  • Improve their body image and learn to be KINDER to themselves

 

Together, we would explore how other areas of your life (relationships, career, stress, spirituality) are affecting your health.  Many times stress in one area of our life has a direct impact on our health, and can even sabotage our best efforts to make change on our own.

 

The traditional coaching program is six months long, during which time we meet twice a month (in person, over the phone or skype).  I would also be available for email support in between meetings.  We would discuss your progress in each session, and I would provide nutritional information and a few practical steps to take before the next meeting.  I will also share some giveaways including helpful books, food samples or other things related to our session.

I am happy to meet in person with clients in Jesup and the surrounding Southeast Georgia area. I do in home sessions within a 60 mile radius.
